I started a little halloween quilt LAST YEAR. Like when Erin was sleeping all the time.
Good thing is I finished it in time for Halloween THIS year. Better late than never.
This little booger is going to my mother. To say she likes decorating for Halloween is a gross understatement. It has nothing to do with scary, spooky, All-Hallow's Eve stuff. Its more that she really thinks Halloween decorations are super cute. And she loves to go to pumpkin patches and see kids in their costumes. It's the one time of year she regrets moving out a neighborhood - she leaves her porch light on just in case... and buys candy... but ne'r a trick-or-treater she sees. (Well, except Erin because we drove over to see her last year.)
As soon as I delivered it to her, she asks "When is "too early" to start decorating?" I told her Oct 1 - but she reminded me that is more of a suggestion than a rule.
Happy Fall Everyone!
